Justin Bieber teamed up with his old friend and mentor Pastor Judah Smith while returning to The City Church on Wednesday (August 2) in Beverly Hills, Calif. If you remember, the 23-year-old entertainer accidentally hit paparazzo photographer Maurice Lamont with his truck while leaving a service at the same location on Wednesday night (July 26).
